This lovely black hat pattern, is easy to make and comes with full instruction. You can line it with a funky contrast lining and trim it with gros grain ribbon on the outside, place a covered button trim to firmly hold the feathers in place.
The hat will fit 22 inch - 23 inch headsize.
It is made by an Australian Milliner.
